How to Restore

To restore from a backup, simply open a support ticket and tell us:

• Which date you want to restore from
• Whether you need a full account restore or specific files/databases

Our team will handle the restoration for you. Most restores are completed within a few hours.

We Recommend Your Own Backups Too

While our backups are comprehensive, we always recommend keeping your own copies. You can download backups of your files and databases from cPanel under Files and then Backup. Storing a copy on your computer or cloud storage gives you an extra layer of protection.
