01. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Client", or "you") and Altered Dimensions Web Hosting ("Altered Dimensions", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, submitting an order, provisioning a service, or browsing our web platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use our hosting services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding all administrative credentials, cPanel logins, SSH keys, and API tokens associated with your account.
• All activities, data transfers, code execution, and database queries initiated under your client credentials.
• Notifying our security department immediately at support@altereddimensionshosting.com upon detecting any unauthorized compromise or security breach of your account.

03. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our high-performance infrastructure is reserved for lawful, ethical web applications. The following content, behaviors, and operations are strictly prohibited across all hosting tiers:

• Malicious Software: Hosting, distributing, or executing malware, trojans, ransomware, rootkits, or cryptomining scripts.
• Network Abuse: Launching or relaying Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, IP spoofing, or vulnerability probing.
• Unsolicited Email (SPAM): Sending bulk unsolicited commercial email or operating unconfirmed mailing lists. All outbound mail must comply with CAN-SPAM and standard SPF/DKIM authentication rules.
• Phishing & Fraud: Operating counterfeit sites designed to deceive users, harvest credentials, or execute financial scams.
• Illegal Material: Storing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), copyright infringement piracy repositories, or content that violates applicable federal laws.

04. Server Resource Allocation & Fair Use

Each hosting tier is provisioned with defined Gen4 NVMe disk storage, memory quotas, and bandwidth limits:

• Disk Quotas: Disk storage is allocated for active website assets, operational databases, and legitimate email correspondence. Accounts may not be utilized as external bulk archive vaults, torrent seedboxes, or system backup repositories.
• CPU & Process Quotas: Accounts must not monopolize multi-tenant server CPUs through runaway loops, un-indexed database queries, or non-optimized cron tasks. Our automated CloudLinux / LiteSpeed governors protect the fleet by throttling excessive compute consumption.

05. Fees, Billing & Automatic Renewals

All fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Key billing policies include:

• Recurring Subscriptions: Hosting plans billed on monthly or annual cycles renew automatically using the stored payment method (Stripe) on the designated renewal due date.
• Invoicing: Invoices are generated fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration date. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in automated service suspension.
• Taxes: Fees are exclusive of state or local sales tax where applicable.

06. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our infrastructure. New customers ordering Shared Cloud Hosting, Business NVMe, or Managed WordPress plans are eligible for a 100% unconditional refund within the first 30 days of initial service creation if not fully satisfied.

07. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & 99.99% Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.99% monthly network and server availability across all production hosting clusters, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.

• If monthly uptime falls below 99.99%, clients may request prorated service credits:
• 99.9% – 99.0%: 10% credit applied toward your next invoice.
• 98.9% – 95.0%: 25% credit applied toward your next invoice.
• Below 95.0%: 50% credit applied toward your next invoice.

08. Domain Name Registrations & Lifecycle

Domain name services are provisioned in partnership with accredited wholesale registrars (eNom / ICANN). Clients acknowledge that domain registrations are governed by ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and specific registry operator covenants. Domain names must be renewed prior to expiration to avoid redemption recovery fees.

09. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

You may cancel your hosting service at any time through your Client Portal with zero cancellation penalties. Altered Dimensions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment past grace periods, AUP violations, or court-mandated legal orders.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altered Dimensions provides all services "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Altered Dimensions be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, exceeding the total amount paid by the customer during the three (3) months preceding the incident.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or within competent state and federal courts located in the United States.
